I’ve worn a lot of hats, actor, real estate agent, wellness entrepreneur, and storyteller, but the common thread has always been helping people live better and feel more alive.
After earning my B.A. in Theater Arts and spending five exciting years acting in Los Angeles, a sudden back and neck injury forced me to pivot. What started as a setback became one of the most meaningful turning points in my life.
Since then, I’ve built a life around health, family, and creativity — co-founding Venice Nutrition, helping launch PFC3, and developing the Zive 7 digestive health formula alongside my husband Mark and our amazing partner Carrie Lupoli.
Whether I’m behind a camera, exploring new places, or creating something that helps others feel their best, I’m always chasing that mix of purpose and adventure.
